Bangladesh: Rule of Law is not existing in the Country


Rule of law is not existing in the County Bangladesh, From Internationally accepted Standard defination of the Rule of Law is a System in which the following four universal principals are uphold.

1. The government and ist officials and agens as well as individuals and private entities are accountable under the rule of law.

2. The laws are clear , publicised, stable, and are applied evenly and protect fundamental rights, including the security of Person and property.

3. The process by the laws enacted, administered and enforced is accessible, fair and efficient.

4. Justice is delivered timely by competent. nothing existing in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is a country which is lowest rate of land per person in the World-World Food Program, WFP


When I am writting this article in Bangladesh now 500,000 peoples under flood water in Bandarban, Coxes Bazar and other area. About a third of this extremly poor Country floods annually during the monsoon season, hampering economic development. Many People are landless, water borne diseases, Water Pollution specially urban area included capital City Dhaka, ground water contaminated by naturally occuring arsenic, intermittent water shortages because of falling water tables in the northern and central part of the Country, soil degrdation and Erosion, deforestation, and severe overpopulation.
